Jake Case

Jake Case is a Firefighter with the Chattanooga Fire Department, He has been with the CFD for 10 years. He was raised in Trenton, Georgia just outside of Chattanooga,Tennessee. Jake is an active member and Recording Secretary with the IAFF Local 820 in Chattanooga. He comes from a long line of firefighters in the Chattanooga Fire Department. His great-grandfather started in 1928 and Jake followed his father and grandfather into the family business to make him a fourth generation firefighter with the CFD.

 

Jake is an experienced construction worker which he puts to use in many service projects with the CFD, IAFF 820 and also A Soldier's Journey Home. In May of 2015, along with 15 other CFD firefighters, Jake met the core group that would become ASJH while building Jason Smith's home outside Chattanooga. He believes in helping others which is a principle that was passed down to him from his parents.

 

Jake has been married to his wife Cara for eight years and they have one daughter Hannah who is 6. They live in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
